Steering problems/wobble

Hey guys, my truck was running great until a little while ago. I noticed that it started to wobble and wander all over the road. It's especialy noticeable on the highways. What do you think, is it the steering box, ball joints? Is there a way to check if they are still good? I poped the hood today and had a friend turn the wheel left and right a little while the truck was off, and I heard a little clicking... dunno if that helps. Looked under the truck while it was on and my friend was turning the wheels, it didn't look like there was any visible play in the ball joints or the track bar, pitman arm looked solid, but again I don't really know what to look for. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you might want to ask this in the superduty section. I'm no expert on suspension by any means but how old are your shocks?

My shocks are quite new, Bilsteins, less then 10k on 'em

Check your draglink and tie rod ends. I had a bad draglink that caused similar problems not to long ago. Mine was bad enough that I could see it move.
