I have a 2000 F-150. Every once and a while (seems to be getting worse) the starter grinds. I have to put the truck in neutral, roll the truck forward, and then put it back in gear. Then hopefully it will start. I have already replaced the started and it did not help. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

What did the teeth on the bindex look like? maybe the flywheel has a bad spot on it.
