Question Fuel pedal

I wanted to clean the connector of the IVS of the fuel pedal, because once in a while the pedal throtle doesnt respond when I start the truck, but I cant take out the connector, how do you do that? Help please, I dont want to brake the connector.
BTW do you know if Im going to need another pedal with that symptoms?

thanks in advance.

Maybe I wanted to say TPS connector
