PCV Elbow P/N?

What the hell is the p/n (HELP!) for the PCV elbow that always goes soft and gets an air leak for a 5.4L Expy?

You can go down to any parts store and get a chunk of hose that will work. Just take the ruined hose in with you and they can fix you up.

PCV elbow at back of intake 5.4L Triton 1999

I need the PCV system elbow for the back of the engine on a 1999 Expedition 5.4 Liter Triton. I went to the parts store and all they have is an elbow by Dorman, (#46017). It fits well on my 1998 5.4 but the end that is to slide on the nipple at the back of the intake is too small. It even says on the back of the package "fits 1997-1998. Does anyone know the part number or where to get one for my 99?
