5 Speed Transmission Mount Broken

The rubber part of the transmission mount (Right before where the driveshaft connects) is torn on my '91 Explorer w/5 speed standard trans. I'm wondering if this will be available at an auto parts store or will it require a trip to the dealer or junkyard? And a quick outline of what is required to remove and replace would help...will I have to remove anything other than it? Thanks!

Maybe I should also mention this is only 2-Wheel Drive.

Should be available from a parts store. I've gotten them at A/Z. No big deal to change. Just need to raise and suport the rear of the transimission to take the weight off the mount.
