OK Everyone, Here is how it is working out.
other than cutting the cable casing to lenght and making a small bracket to mount the end of the cable to the firewall (only because the hole was way to big ) to fit properly, It is easy so far....
Tomorrow i will string the inner cable through and cut it to the right lenght,
one other small mod will be grinding off the ball link on the peddel assembly
and i will be on the road again.
Looks good so far...as for the Auburn/Cord/Dusenburg museum...I couldnt recall exactly what they called it and I didnt wanna be wrong so I figured studio would be a semi safe name...did you ever go upstairs Bill and see the full size drawing on the wall ???
If after the cable is done and so far and it doesnt work out or for whatever reason you wanna change it out again...I have a pedal assembly from a 66...
