Have you checked the motor mounts.
I have had instances in the past where trying to accelerate in speed while going up a slight incline the transmission would "judder" in and out of the proper downshift gear ratio.
It turned out that loose motor mounts was the problem.

2 more questions can I use the psom out of a 99 f350 with a v10 in it?? also can I remove the psom from the gauges and install it in my gauge cluster? My set of gauges is nicer with more gauges and digital odometer.
