You didn't say which year your truck is.
Mine is an '02 and I installed that Denzo, 13 teeth, high torque starter from D&B Electrical.
This starter is set up for either the 2-bolt or 3-bolt pattern. With the 2-bolt pattern, the first (easy access) bolt is near the ground side at approx. 7:00 o'clock position. The second bolt is basically opposite to the first bolt - this one is sort of blind. You should be able to get your hand up there and make up the bolt. The solenoid, etc. should be located on the top if the orientation is correct.
The forward end of the starter barely clears some other equipment by approx. 3/8", but was no problem.
I didn't take any pics since it was a very easy intall.
