This hose has a hole in it . I want to get one or maybe make one . Its a has a T fitting firewall, side of engine, radiator. What is it called and how much for new. can i make one if so how? Thanks . .... In this picture you can see the hose a little its an old picture.
The hose in the picture is the heater hose from the head to the heater core, the T fitting also directs hot fluid to the base of the rad for trans fluid cooling/heating.
I changed my hoses by cutting off the aluminum crush ends so as not to damage the T fitting..... the heater hose from the head to the T then on to the heater core is 5/8" ID the one from the T to the rad bottom is 1/2" ID. I used screw clamps in place of the crush ends.

That's the same thing I did, new hoses and clamps and reused the old fitting.
Just for information only...the 5/8" heater hose that comes off of the passenger head is the pressure line. The other heater hose that is connected to the top of the fuel pump is the return line.
