Homemade winch mount

I just bought a winch, and I'm looking for ideas on a good plan for building my own winch mount bumper. Has anyone done this before? I have a 89 F150 4x4. Let me know your ideas..

Homemade winch mount

I have a home made job. I used 2"x3" square tubing for the bumber and a 1/4" steel plate for the winch. It's one tuff setup, but I really killed my approach angle with it.
