I'd question the HD tow package too. Last year I purchase a used 2004 Ford Expy - and all the research I did showed that that standard tow package had only the 4-pin; if it had 7-pin & 4-pin the vehicle had HD tow package. I even had the dealer do some research on it before I bought it, and that is the info they came back with from the factory.

Just wanted to update with my work with Troyer. It *is* possible to catacorner and mount the dual 16" fans, but I don't want the work, and it's not worth it because they can't draw that amount of airflow. So when I'm ready to pull the trigger, it will be the dual 14" kit.
