Gorgeous looking truck!

How are the deals looking now on trucks? Out my way the dealers are loaded with full size and SUV's.

Don't have to go far to see piles of trucks for sale by the road sides.

Awesome truck, you should be proud. It looked like for a while that it would be a great time to buy a new big truck. Gas was comming down, it's election time and the deals are unbeatable. Unfortunatly, Old Ike has put a damper on that with gas exspected to soar close to the 5 dollar range. The left has no energy plan except for not to do more drilling to keep the tree hugger's vote. Even T Boone Pickens say's we need to drill, drill, drill, but even as an oil man, he knows we can't drill our way out. However, it's still a big part of the way forward, a long with switching to cng on a lot of vehicles to buy us some time to refine some of our alternitive fuels for the future. Also going with more wind, solar, nuclear and thermal power. Just by letting the world know that we are willing to drill more of our own oil will start prices dropping. As soon as George W took off the presidental moratorium from off shore drilling the prices started falling. Then OPEC decided that they didn't want oil to drop under 100 bucks a barrel and cut back production and now Ike. As soon as both sides show the world that were serious about energy independence, will the world work harder to keep our business. If the left is wanting to help the middle class as much as they claim, they can start at the pump and then no more taxes. No, they want all these entitlement programs for the poor on the backs of the middle class that they claim to be for. Then they get the poor vote and the middle class. As a hard working man who would barely make the middle class, I see right through thier BS. Then they want to make it tougher on the small business owner like my boss, which in turns makes it tougher on me. Yep, they just love to help the middle class all right, help me spend my money. A real noval idea would be to cut back on spending, both sides. George W and this dem congress have one thing in common, they both have never seen a spending bill that they didn't like. Thats why we have 2 party's, for checks and balances. As it stands, we have checks and blowing, we write the checks and thier more than happy to blow it. Now we have to bail out the banks, plus buy everyone a new house who wants to live in hurricane ally, plus everything else. I don't know how anyone is going to be able to cut taxes right now, but if not, they had least better learn to just say no on pork barrel spending and what not and get our house in order. A break at the pump would be better than a tax cut for this family, both would be nice, just not very realistic. Sorry for the rant, this all comes out when I think about why I can't take advantage of the good deals on big trucks. This forum isn't political, so I'm blasting my own party for thier spending ways as well as the left. The left however could help us out if they would be willing to punch a few more holes and a few other politically incorrect avenue's for getting us some more energy to give us a tax break at the stinken pump. Both sides got us in this mess and I exspect both sides to work together to get us out. If they would spend just half of the energy helping us as they do fighting each other, we would be in decent shape. This is one republican that has had enough of the fighting and I intend to let my party know that it isn't cute any longer. We need to learn to work together, cause we will sure enough go down together. Sorry for the rant, I don't want to offend anyone as I mad as hell at the right as well. Both sides need to be more acountable to us, the people who elect them and can fire them. Don't just vote this year, let those who you are voting for know how you feel about this across the isle fighting and bickering. As soon as this election is over, they will start running for relection and start the mud slinging, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, GET BUSY ABOUT THE PEOPLES BUSINESS FOR ONCE!!!!!!!!!! Sorry so long and thanks for listening. At least it makes me feel better talking to my friends here on both sides. Maybe our repersenitives should join the forum if they really wanted to know how the middle class thinks. Like any of them would own a ranger hee hee. George W does have a super duty however at his ranch in Crawford. Maybe he should down size to a ranger like the rest of us have to , it starts at the top by example hee hee!!!!
