New steering shaft angle!!

What is everyone doing about the steering shaft after putting in a 3" body lift????...my kit didn't come with anything, and I am a bit nervous about my plunger joint breaking. I know that you can get anftermarket shafts...but I don't want to spend that much.

Judt looking for ideas to fix the problem.
