97 Psd Down pipe

How restricting is a stock downpipe on a 97 psd. I am running a straight pipe on my truck and am wondering whether or not it would be worth it to buy an after market down pipe. What kind of gains to you get with an aftermarket one? Fuel Milage gains? Thanks

its pretty bad. the new DP will lower your EGT's by 100+degree's. dont know about any noticable MGP gains. but you will hear the turbo better
