90 E4OD No Forward
I purchased a 90 4x4 F350 with a 460 in it. The truck only had 36,000 original miles and used for plowing a hospital lot. The owner was driving it to Home Depot and the rusty transmission cooling line blow out and so did the trans fluid. He replaced the line and filled the fluid back up (looks like over filled a little). The trans makes no noise and has reverse. But there is no forward. Any ideas? Everything ran fine before the line blew. 
New to the E4OD and not sure if it needs a rebuild, converter, or what. Thanks for any help.
