E4OD no go!!

I have a 1995 F350 4X4, 460 eng. with little over 90K miles. I was going up a moderate incline all of a sudden lost all forward gears. 1st thing I check was drive line, was fine. Hauled truck home, cannot get any forward movement. But I do have reverse. Fluid level is correct..

Any suggestion what could be the cause and what do I need to repair.

Is fluid level good. Is fluid a red color or brown? Does it smell burnt?
My guess would be thst the forward clutch has failed but just a guess.
Maybe drop the pan and check for debris.
Hopefully other opinions will follow.
