I was driving my 03 F-250 w/ 6.0 diesel. Engine light came on and with my Banks power PDA I ran the trouble codes and one came up- P2285 ICP- Injector control pressure sensor circuit low open cicuit, short to ground ICP sensor. What I am wondering is, where is it located, is it hard to replace, and is it a common problem on a truck with 90,000 miles? I am handy in the garage and what seams to be better than the local Dealer when it comes to diesels.
On the '03 models I blieve the ICP is located on the high output oil pump cover located at the rear of the engine below the turbo on the left side. I think they moved it to the valve cover in '04.
