I may soon have some things you might want. Muhahaha.
my intake is the stock intake boot, a piece of stainless steel exhaust tubing (happened to be layin around the shop and it fit) and the 6637 air filter. my DP is 3.5". parts i may want? i'm always interested. that evil laugh @ the end though has me curious.

o yea... im dumb. i took that ebpv out, put in some stainless plugs, then ran it on a lathe and bored it out. it actually makes a slightly noticable difference.

Well you are well on your way. I may not have some parts for you. I am putting on an H2E turb new DP cooler tubes and intake as well as a clutch. I may have some parts that I remove but it looks as though you already have them. Hence the Muhahaha H2E fun

These trucks came with that boot factory. Mine was so soft it almost fell apart.

You can get a SD boot but it is 4" on the filter side and your OBS is 3-3/8". All this means is you get a short piece of 4" pipe and remove the CCV part of the intake and put the pipe in there. Then you get a long piece of heater hose and connect to your CCV and run it down or all the way out the back. Walla you have done the CCV mod.

BTW I really like your truck. How much lift is that? What are those wheels and what size are they. I am thinking of getting some similiar to yours.

I like these:

o and is the SD intake boot stiffer than the stock one? i took mine off and it had a little crack in it but that was under the clamp. otherwise it is still in good shape. and i checked my turbo shaft and it did have play but probably less than 1/8th inch.

Here is a set of 17's but I believe they are for the SD's and Excursions. I have seen this seller on there alot so I am sure he can get them for you.
eBay Motors: FORD EXCURSION F250 F350 SUPERDUTY 17" WHEELS RIMS NEW! (item 150291034517 end time Sep-11-08 07:53:39 PDT)

Yes the SD black boot is stiffer than the orange boot. My orange one had a crack also so I put some black tape on there till I got the new one.

I am not sure on the play. I do know they have a little bit but I didn't think it was 1/8". I will look to see specs for you or maybe someone else has some more info for you here.

there are two SD intake boots, one for the SD prior to 12-7-98 and one for after 12-7-98. is the prior one the same as our trucks?
