injector change?
I have a 00 f350 7.3 with 119,000 on it when do you have to change injectors?I have a Bully Dog programer and when I get on it the truck takes off I can here it spool then I get a load knock like a lean condition knock.

Injectors will last for some time. I'm right over 300K mileage wise on my stock ones. It's louder than new injectors, but they do OK. Wish I could help more. Maybe you have a fuel delivery problem?

I agree with John7894. You are starving for fuel at the top end. Fuel pressure and/or volume is dropping at high demand. Could be a restriction, weak fuel pump, or even a dirty fuel filter. A fuel pressure gauge would help with the diagnosis.

Trust me here....get rid of the Bully Dog Power Pup downloader! I ran that for awhile, and yes the motor knocks in the high setting under heavy throttle. It is not good at all! I don't know if it has to do with the timing in the program or what, but its not good. Look at DP Tuner for a great chip and customer service.
