DRIVE LINE PROBLEMS

With large tires they tend to get flat spots when sitting for a few hours and when cold the take longer to rounbd them selves out.

DRIVE LINE PROBLEMS

Check your rear U-bolts, U-joints, & springs. If the differential rotates too much when you put a lot of torque down, then the u-joints can bind or misalign, causing vibration. Check them with the trans in Neutral and the wheels chocked so there's no bind.

could be axle wrap, how long does it vibrate for? Usually axle wrap just feels like a pause before the power transfers to the wheels

probably axle wrap. I have it a little bit. I really haven't had any problems with my drivetrain and I've got 60,000 mile on this lift
