Wiring problems
What would be the likely be the cause of relay #1 inside box buzzing and daytime running lights coming on after I have shut truck off and removed the keys.Relay #1 in the inside box controlls dome lights, while its buzzing my load light and dome lights are on but really dim.
To stop this problem temp. I removed relay and #12 fuse under hood.

Do you see any signs of water coming in from the corner of the windsheild and leaking under the dash?

Oh ok, so there are 2 relays that aren't opening, or one relay and a bad headlight switch. Most likely I would bet that it's 2 relay's. I would definitely check for water. IIRC 99's are bad for water leaking onto the pcm.
