Wiring problems

ok I got dome light and daytime lights fixed, the headlight switch went bad.
BUT I still have power to my window controls all the time, keys in hand , with door open.
The lights are on in the switch panel, and the windows will roll up and down.
What controls that???
Megawatt00 your link for the ebsco quit working and I tried library for both but it still dont work.
