Cask 16 was the biggest waste of money I seen in a while. I'd rather have the special reserve all day long at half the price!!

Special Reserve? That stuff is GREAT. Highly reccommend it. Heck of alot cheaper than the cask 16 and heck of alot better! Its alot smoother than regular crown. To me the cask 16 had a bite that I just couldnt get over for the price. Maybe it had something to do with the Cognac. I hate that stuff anyway.

XR is more expensive than the Cask 16 by about $60. In order of cost- Regular CR, Special Reserve, Cask 16 and Xtra Rare (XR). Its all good stuff. Special Reserve on up they all go down smoother than the original.
