wire color code!!!
Just got a 1996 F250 and it has a two connector, 7-wire harness for towing. What is the color code? The previous owner took the pigtail so I am going to tap in to the harness and custom wire because I have to go to a slide in camper as well as the trailer plug. Thanks in advance.

wire color code!!!
Instead of cutting into wires, go to a local autoparts or uhaul and get the traier wire conector. It plugs straight into the current harness and gives you the wires already marked for about $20.00. This way you will not have problems later with poor contact or broken wires.
