Howdy,
So I need some help identifying a noise. I have a 99 F30 with about 184,000 miles on it. I have never had any suspension problems till now so its probly bout time. When ever I make a hard turn when driving I hear a rubbing or really light grinding noise. I hate to say grinding since it doesnt sound like a metal grinding noise. My shocks are worn and I am going ot replace them soon. Do you think it has something to do with that, or could it be the bearings are finally starting to go? The steering is still still tight and no other issues besides the noise.
Could be sway bar ends rubbing on the swaybar because of hosed bushings. If your autolock doesn't work anymore then you have a vacuum leak, you need to check into that as well.
