intercooler ?
are they painting or powercoating the intercooler pipes?

Well for the 99.5-03 trucks people do the foil delete to the drivers side IC pipe to make the turbo louder and a cleaner engine bay. Alot of people just use high temp paint and it doesn't hurt anything it just makes her look great
