I'm scrounging up some scrap plate and tubing to make a gong, just haven't gotten it welded up yet.

There is some type of program that may be run by the military that sells M1's and M14's. I have seen the ads in the NRA,s monthly magazine. It was along time ago when I looked into it but from what I remember they were selling surplus guns at a reasonable price. I have not seen the add recently but if I come across it ill get back to you.

that would be the CMP program i was speaking of, no m14's though, just garands and carbines. the carbines are out till the first of the year and they are also out of 1903's as well.

the military firearms are my favorite. my garand, 91/30 sniper, and **** mauser are my favorites to shoot.

where to start... mostly i shoot civil war muskets and maynard carbines, henry rifle, those are all black powder. my next favorite is an m-16 full auto with .22LR and 3 shot burst conversion kits. then there's the 1870s era gatling guns, 1921 tommy gun, 1919 browning, and the list can go on and on. tons of fun

i have lots of fun with my black powder guns, the constant cleaning when your at the range can be a bit of a pain but its worth it, and it sets good gun cleaning habbits. my 44 is dead ***** accurate if i can see the target i can hit it, and i can load my black powder 44 about as fast as a goof could load a standard 44. im not a hunter but i have fun shooting

Yes its a 1911 model and is a pro carry II model. This is by far the best shooting production pistol ive ever shot.

long range shots are my favorites to make. i usualy hit groundhogs at 200-300 yards through open sights and my rifle of choice is the m1 garand. any farther then that and the nagant or mauser come out

My most recent purchase was my .50AE Magnum Desert Eagle. It's the only pistol I have. I always wanted one. My deer rifle is a 7.7mm Jap that my father cut down for a deer rifle. Use the Rem. 870 Super Mag for dove. Those are my favorites. I also have several 22's, A 243 Rem. My next purchase will be a 300 Ultra Mag sendero with the big barrel. Don't get to shoot as much as I'd like. But on a good note, My father in law reloads all my 50AE's for free. Gotta love that. It's one bad pistol. But I did shoot his best friends S&W .500. That thing makes my Eagle feel like a pop gun.
