rear panel removal on 2000 regular cab

Can anyone provide me with instructions or tips on how to remove the rear panels to change out the factory speakers on a 2000 Regular cab F-150? I've got the door speakers removed, but can't figure out how to remove the rear and I don't want to break anything. Please Help!
