Rear Speaker Replacement for Crewcab

I'm needing to replace all my stock speakers in my F250 Crewcab. I have found the steps to remove the front door panel, but can't find anything for removal of the panel behind the rear seat. Can someone give me some step
by step instruction on how to remove this panel. Also some advice on what brand and size speakers to use.

The panel behind the seats in held in with the type clip that pushes through a hole in the metal. They are a permanent part of the panel. I removed the seat belt and then pried the panel off, but the clips under and behind the speaker broke both times (even though I was careful the second time). After I put new speakers in (JL Audio XR 570-CSi) the panel went on ok and haven't had any rattle problems. I just have a spot on each side that used to have a clip attached.
