Cool R/C trucks. Seems on one of the R/C semi forums a guy took a 50's F6? body and did a truck/trailer set up. Have to find the link to his pictures. I've got my King Hauler:
This is a mock up of the body on after I extended the chassis about 6"(custom length frame rails available). I made my own custom carrier bearing to extend the driveshaft.
Bill, this "Dan" was from around Canton area? It's been '93 since I've seen him. My friend played alot more with those guys as he got pretty good. Like I said my best offense was defense. A few pull shot from the back would get me on the scoreboard. My buddy always brought his tennis raquet wrap for "traction" on the handles. We had our own cleaner and oil for the rods as usually by the weekend they were near stuck from people spilling stuff on them during the week.
We did have fun, and I'm 42 now so I was still a young'n back in the heyday.
