Here is a few pictures of my Navigator Mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust system. Cost 875.22 shipped to AL., will get it installed sometime this weekend.

I will post more pictures in thye morning not enough light in the garage this late at night.

WOW kinda pricy huh? How much was it locally from an exhaust shop? Looks awesome, good choice getting the direct fit hi flow cats.

 

The few (2) exhaust shop i received an estimate wanted $800.00 and this is without stainless steel pipe and mandrel bent. They both use tube benders. So i decided to get the stainless pipe and mandrel, plus do the install at the Post Auto Craft Shop to lift the vehicle which cost $4.00 hr.

 

HMMM.... I checked locally for my 2008 Expy and they told me about $870 installed for the whole MagnaFlow kit including the Hi Flow direct fit cats , with mig welding the joints instead of using the v-clamps. Glad I don't live in your area!

 

What year is your Navi? Where did you get the system from? I have a 06 nav and would like to change the system on it...

WOW That looks too pretty to bolt to the underside of your Expy! I think the price paid is a direct reflection of the quality put into the assembly. Money well spent in my opinion
