My 2000 Expedition is stumbling on acceleration. It seems that the hotter it is outside, the worse it gets. I have changed the fuel filter, plugs, checked all kinds of sensors and whatnot. I dont know if this would have anything to do with it, but it also kinda pulls to the right during hard acceleration, and then makes kind of a clunk noise before it shifts

 

Is your check engine light on, and if so what codes are poping up? if no codes maybe you need some good fuel system cleaner or seafoam through your brake booster line to clean out the carbon.

 

No, no check engine light, and I have tried some fuel system cleaner over and over

 

How about cleaning the TB, the clunk noise may be universal joints
