I am trying to hook up my parking lights so that they flash when the alarm arms and disarms. Where is the best place to connect my alarm wires to the parking lights?? Right at the switch??
How do I know what wires are the correct ones other than by trial and error!

My alarm has onboard relays!

I figured it out!
I just spliced in ahead of the washer box. Tested for the hot lead using a test light. worked great!

Make sure you shrink wrap the connection so NO moisture gets to the connection. Water will due funny things to crimp style connections after a while. Just a thought.
