Backup light switch on NP435?
Do I have to access the backup light switch from inside the cab by removing the rubber boot from the shifter? How hard is this?
Does the floormat have to come up?
Thanks!

if you can't get to it from under the truck, you have to remove the center floorpan section, which is held in by 3/8 screws...

It's on the top very close to the shifter input on the driver's side. I think you'll have to remove the floor pan cover.
