Intercooler and Filter ????
I have read quite a bit intercoolers. What does it do for power, milage and whats the purpose?
My second question is about the air filter. I would like to get a k&n but the price is pretty steep. The guy at orielly's said he would sell it to me for $260. Thats $40 off the originall price.

Intercoolers cool the intake air after it has been compressed and heated by the turbo. It may add a small amount of HP itself by a cooler denser intake charge. It also helps greatly in that the cooler intake air also creates cooler EGT's so you can stay int he throttle longer without having EGT issues.
