New Job and don't need the Blue Witch (98 4X4 SC 4.0) anymore so it was traded in on a Flex.
(Hey at least I stayed with the Marque!).
Anyway, the dealership didn't want the Grille Guard so if anyone in NY City is interested its in the Classifieds or PM me.

Also have a set of Nef bars for a 93-94 SC Ranger that also need to go away...

I've been round & round. Is a Flex a car or an FFV truck? I'd guess it's a new car as I cannot fathom why you'd give up a 4.0 V6 for a FFV Ford truck anywhere in New York region. Guess I don't follow new stuff while I'm busy getting the classic stuff working. I think I'd go cuckoo in a small Ford sedan unless it's retuned for rigidity & swap in racing seats, etc. Then rip out the A/C & condensor, dump the slushbox... Hope it works for ya. Then again, I'd probably go cuckoo without getting in a truck a few times a month from being surrounded by large SUV's blocking my view of lights or being cut off when hanging back enough to see.
Yeah, I finally found a Wiki & forgot to follow up
Sorry 'bout that. I don't get why Ford's trying this market. I don't think the Scions hit it that big and being brick-like, the economy wouldn't be great, so are they just max'ing cabin room & keeping it low to ground or what? I think they'd be better off trying to come up with a Ford version of the royally screwed up Wranglers. My dad & I looked a the new "trail-rated" things a few months ago and & I wouldn't be confident in one on a dirt road in New Haven some miles north of here. Brake lines too close to mud tires. Market wide open I think. And a nice torquey Ford engine could do wonders in a Jeep-like thing.
