Hi everyone, I just got back from the dealer to find out why my electric sliding window can only open 2 or 3 inches at a time. the window has debonded from the track that opens and closes it. Well it's not covered by basic warranty, because of too many kilometer (85,000), not covered under the premium ESP which cost me $3300.00. I took the warranty thinking that as long as i'm paying for the truck (06 F250) I should have it covered. My question is, has anyone else had this problem? Did they get it fixed on their own or the dealer fixed it under warranty offering a discount of roughly $200 on the price of the parts? I know there is a TSB on this issue 06-15-5, but i guess that doesn't mean they have to take care of it. Has anyone have it fixed at an aftermarket auto glass repair shop, e.g. Standard, Apple or Speedy? Thank you , hope to see some replies

Do you have the option of taking it to a different dealer?
I bought my 250 an hour and a half away and across a state line (past three other Ford dealers) because of the dealerships reputation...and I've not been disappointed yet.
