Thanks, this time it worked great!
I had that happen before with an Auto Trader ad, the link would go direct to the ad and the same link next time just to their web site.
Not much on this truck for extra options, no leather, power adj petals, power rear sliding window, in steering wheel radio/heater controls, CD, etc though it looks like a decently straight work truck.
My lariat (unfortunatly) doesnt have the power rear sliding window, or steering wheel controls either. I dont think that stuff came along as options untill 2005.
Most people dont want that stuff, it is just more stuff that can go wrong.
(I however do like all those little toys)
As far as i can tell its an xlt, and thats equipped pretty nicely (although I would rather have leather too )
I want every option - there is too much time spent in my daily driver to not have all the amenities. After having about 6 trucks with leather and seeing how easy it is to keep clean in a vehicle that gets used every day, I wouldnt consider cloth.
With only 94,xxx kms on it the leather is worn a bit on the other edge on my driver`s seat. Only the King Ranch had the top grade leather, seems that Lariats got the left overs.
I prefer cloth, warm in the winter and cool in the summer, though it tends to attract and hold dust.
You really prefer cloth? I never have, but also never did get teh chance to get a vehicle with leather.
I have found that it can get warm in the summer, and cool in the winter, but all in all it seems more comfortable. Also like warren said, the cleaning aspect of them is unbeatable!
I have a steam cleaner that I do use on the vehicles that do have cloth seats, but its much more of a pain to do then the leather.
I would however loke to get that king ranch leather. It seems like such a huge step up over the lariat stuff.
On three if I can remember - one warranty, one I paid, and my SD needs a new piece or two. its no big deal - couple hundred bucks gets it fixed up like new. I usually go to Braithwaite's in Stoon.
