I have a 1982 Ford F150..a couple weeks ago..i started it and put my plow blade on it..i parked it to change over the hoses to the hydrolic pump..when i went to start it..all i got was a click at the starter soleniod..i took the starter out and had it tested ..it was bad..i bought a new one ..put it in and got the same thing..i replaced the negative battery cable..the solenoid to starter cable and got that same click..i check to see if there was power comming out of the starter side of the solenoid and there was..i figured i would go around everything and hot wire it from the coil to the battery then the starter and still nothing..all my lights work. im lost now..can anyone give me some input on what to check now and yes i even took the battery out of my truck i drive daily and tried that..i did bring the starter back to where i bought it to have it checked and it turned over at 7.9 volts
