Wheres The Hole

I have a 1993 F150 with a 302 engine I just changed the engine and put in a 1996 302 the problem that I have encountered is that I used my 1993 wireing harness and computer and now have a trouble code #31 EVP sensor /Inlet air Temperature sensor because there is no hole in the intake for the sensor What do I do?

Here is a possible solution. This sensor just monitors incoming air temp. So it can do this at the intake or anywhere in the intake airstream. Both GM and Chry put them in the airfilter box. Look at that option. Install it in the filter box (rubber grommet and drilled hole) or in the duct from the filter to the throttle body. Extend the wire with solder and shrink tube.
