Does my 1993 ford explorer sport 4.0 L V6 engine have a camshaft sensor and if so where is it located?

 

Yes, assuming you're referring to the "camshaft synchronizer". It's on the rear of the engine on the passenger side but still between the heads, just aft of the intake manifold.

Look up the part on Rock Auto or some other auto parts web site for a picture so you know what to look for.
