In short, yes it will. I got coils from Ford for ~$36, leafs from Eaton Detroit Spring (expensive but not much more than ordering from FoMoCo), swaybars from SwayBar.com Your source for classic Mustang sway bars, urethane bushings from a local shop, and Bilstein shocks. I still need urethane swaybar end link bushings. The ride is quite harsh with the eaton springs/Bilstein shock combo. I don't mind though. I autocross my truck with this combo and haven't come in last yet. I get compliments from national-level drivers, and riders always... ALWAYS end up having a blast around the track. If you like curvy roads, taking on/off ramps at 2x the posted, and don't mind a bit of a rough ride; I say do it. Might want to try Tokico shocks instead of Bilsteins, though. It's "log truck" rough going over rough pavement.
Don't forget to find a longer pitman arm off of a LWB truck or a 4x4 for a quicker steering ratio.

Will a 94-96 Lightning suspension fit a 2wd 94 F150 XLT?
Recently did this swap to my 94xlt. Everything bolted right up. I swapped, front coil springs, and spring perches with the sway bar mounting point. Also swapped in rear springs, sway bar and 8.8 from an 93 lightning. The sway bars aren't a direct bolt in without a couple parts. On the front is the spring perches, and the rear is a bracket for each side, where sway bar mounts to frame.
