Well, I'm not sure what I have at the moment. I bought a 62 1/2 ton, supposedly all original. Just an old farm truck. But several guys, including the Number Dummy, say it can't be original. You see, I thought it had a 352 with a 9" rear, but apparently that wasn't available until 65. So I posted the VIN over there to see what the decode is.
you never know what you might find done to the truck. When they are that old it hard to find one that has not been messed with. I had a 64 that someone put a 500 cid caddy motor in.
Here's my "new" project. She's rough, but it won't be long before I have her polished up. I pulled a mustang on a trailer with it today.....ran like a top!
