Thinking about getting out of here, as i'm right on the coast if Gustav becomes too much of a problem. Hopefully we don't get anything else like Katrina, as my grandfather just had a new house built for him, and i doubt he'd live to see another one built in its place.

Watching the National Hurricane Center on the web along with a couple of other sites that have the storm track models. Cleaning up & tying things down. Wanted to go into Jackson today but the contra flow could make that a pain.

Hope everyone in the outer path of the storm will be safe, remember what happened with katrina, I heard this one will be like just like that. I've got my generator gassed up with spare gas to keep my freezers going and to run my AC in my camper. Be safe everyone.

I got a few family member's coming from Harrison county on the road now. Most of them are riding it out but I will still have a house full. They are going back roads until the north side of Jackson.
