Found diesel for $3.85 one station drive 4 miles down the road its $3.99 then bout 20 miles down the road its $4.16. So of course when I saw the $3.85 filled it on up. Was wishing I had a 100gallon transfer tank to fill up at that price. Didnt think we would see prices under $4/gal ever again the way things are going
A local!! I grew up in VB, now live outside Williamsburg, and spend waay too much time driving up and down 64
still holding steady at $3.99 here...if it'd just come down a little bit further so I can afford one last OBX run before my wheelin buddies deploy
Williamsburg area is nice I venture down to Elizabeth city to watch the mud bogs n truck n tractor pulls. Just got the truck this month it only has 97k on it no mods or lift. With fuel prices the way they are I may keep it that way for a while. Except new intake n exhaust sometime in the future.
ooh, I've never been to E-city but would love to sometime. wow- a 94 with 97k?? my 96 has you by over 100k
...on a side note...do you wheel the Jeep?
Actually I was going to do some mods to it, bought a 8.8 posi rear end for it from a Ford Explorer but never installed it. Now that I bought the truck I wanted for a while I'm selling the Jeep.
Do you do anything preventive wise when you to OBX to keep the sand from tearing anything up or going where it doesn't belong on the truck.
On a topic note I saw diesel at the BP by 4th view for 3.89 which is Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*****$3.47!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*****
naturally I had my Honda when I passed the station but I think I'm gonna run back over with the truck tomorrow...

just outta curiosity...how much for the Jeep??
nope, nothing preventative for the OBX, I just spend about an hour underneath her the next day pulling sand, sticks, and seaweed out from places you'd never believe they could go. then another hour for a bath. another good strategy is to let your buddies try everything first
