7.3's running Hottt

Hello all, I have a 93 Ford F250 with a Banks Sidewinger equipped 7.3 and E4OD transmission which when loaded it runs really hot. Hot meaning 230 to 245 degrees. Not pulling anything and she runs 190 and below. I have flushed the system, replaced the radiator (new 4 core), waterpump, thermostat, antifreeze as well as Caterpillar coolant additive. Fan clutch can be heard but not very loud as some postings have mentioned but seems good. Any and all help with this problem would be greatly appriciated.
