Cut the heads off with a grinder.

why don't you put a wrench on the bottom and put an air wrench on the top?

What a pain! I went through this last week! I took an air grinder with a cutting disc and cut a square in the top of the bolts. Then I took a BIG hammer and chisel and knocked the bolts down through the frame. Wasn't too bad once I got going.

Start on one edge and get it red hot then it will slice it right off.

Back when I was younger with limited tools, I needed the bolts off of the bed on an '85 Ranger. I took it up to a local shop and for $10 they went ahead and torched 'em off for me. Drove home with the bed bouncing a little loose, but it was just a few blocks over. Just a thought before you burn through a few grinding discs/waste a little time.

Just chisel around the bolt heads till the bolt is loose, then pull the bed off, what's left of bolt will then be easy to vise grip center of bolt and take the nut off however you want to
