i came across this truck in the mymudspace gallery....what do you guys think?? im not usually into big frame truck, but this one looks like it was built right....take a look, if you want to sign up on mudspace use my referral link...
yea just by glancing at the pic there it seems like it may be built decently. i dont see any steering links so i am ASSuming he is running full hydro, which would be a huge step in the right direction. i also notice he took the time to install the antisway bar on the very front... most people dont even know you can buy those!
i do agree though... that thing looks WAYYYY too clean to have seen any kind of mud. i'll give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he just finished building it! i say that bc the headers and collector pipes are spotless like they have never been sufficiently heated up!
That and the tires look SPOTLESS, no scuffs no nothing, not even on the top of the lugs, probably just drove out of the shop or off the trailer. also on the very front. Just behind the front bumper, there are to bars i would guess 3 ft apart, facing straight down. Any clue wtf they might be? very intresting.
I spy a hydro ram on the axle, so, I'd bet that full hydro is the proper guess.
The links hanging down in front of the axle look to me like part of a yet to be finished sway bar setup.
Looks like a decently thought out and well put together truck
that is definitely a clean looking truck, just got out of the shop, as for the reasons mentioned by Don and Cutts. Looks like its going to be used as a racer, considering the full hydro and no bed, a mall crawler would have a zlink made of rebar and a bed with the interior of it a different color
