D20E vs. E7TE

Before we get too far into this, please dont tell me about how much more I can get for a good pair of modern aluminum heads. I know already. I want to know how a set of D2OE 302 heads compare to the E7TE's. You can read three books on D2OE's and get three different sets of spec's on comp ratio's, valve sizes, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

D20E = D2OZ-6049-B .. 302 Cylinder Head

Used in 1972/74: passenger cars, Econolines & F100's without Thermactor Emission (smog pump).

That much I know, I have the car they came off of, I was hoping for comb chamber size, valve sizes, etc and how they compare to the E7TE

My book says they have 58cc chambers with 1.78/1.45 valves, so they'll produce more static CR but won't flow any better. The '72 heads also have press in studs that really should be replaced with threaded studs for reliablity for any performance applcation.
