Dan, this one looks close, but I'm not 100% positive it is pressure lube at the rocker tip.
This is from the diagrams on a 5.9 Cummins. If I hadn't just put all my rockers back on last night, I would have looked at one while I had everything apart.

When I had the rocker cover off today to get the engine in place (won't clear the upper cowl with it on) I could very clearly see the raised part of the rockers where the oil passages supply oil to both sides of the rocker.
